Planned for 2 days. We were told that there are vacancies, but after the first day we will have to move to another room, which is more expensive. When we arrived at the place, Gulei Inna, who booked our room and to whom we paid the deposit on the bill, was not there. A not very adequate man came out to us, who communicated unpleasantly and called himself a guard. When we called back to Inna, she said she was the administrator. Inadequately complete. Showing the number for the first days and the second. The rooms are very small and not true, we booked a room with a terrace and mountain views, but it was not, no air conditioning, check-in is not from 12.00 as in all hotels, but from 14.00. The pool that looks so beautiful in the pictures looks very miserable live.
Barbecue is paid, firewood is paid, skewers are paid! ! ! ! ! Each block has a kitchen on the ground floor, where each room can put their food. We were not given a place at all. We wanted to return our deposit and go look for another hotel. Why did the caretaker-administrator say to call Gulya Inna, because he has no money! ! ! ! ! He does not have 200 UAH =)) We contacted her, explained the situation, and immediately found a free room so as not to move after the first day, improved conditions, etc. We did not agree, demanding a deposit. Nobody gave it to us. Found a hotel in Bukovel much better and cheapest, settled down and had a wonderful weekend.
PS The road from Tatarov to Bukovel is a RUIN. The distance of 14 km we drove 45 minutes. Therefore, to settle in Tatar, and go to rest in Bukovel, in my opinion, is not profitable.

But on the last day of our stay, when we arrived from the tour, the manager attacked us shouting that we had not left in the morning. Although previously at the time of booking we announced to the manager the detailed date and time of our arrival and departure. She counted us 2 nights. And the manager counted it as three.
So why should hotel guests suffer when staff find out about internal strife? Impressions of the holiday were spoiled. I will not go there anymore and I will not recommend it to anyone!
