Of the minuses: 1) The hotel has very poor sound insulation, if someone will live above you - you have every chance to get a sleepless night; 2) The hotel staff is not in a hurry to pay attention to you, you need - go yourself; 3) Please note that the hotel has a prepayment, and if you suddenly change plans - your problems, no one will return your money; 4) The hotel management does not show any loyalty to regular customers (we have been coming for the second year); 5) The hotel has no Internet. On the plus side - the hotel is well cleaned and has a good location. Indifference to customers spoils all good impressions. Given the above, we will not return to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone.
