True, they also offered to move to a room on the ground floor (we stayed on the 3rd floor), arguing that there... the bed is big! (not a word about hot water). True, they still didn’t receive all the prepayment - because they booked in advance and sent 10% to the card indicated in the letter from the hotel. After the eviction, the young man who took the order did not answer either the letter or the calls.
In general, so that domestic problems do not spoil a wonderful holiday on Synevyr, it is better to choose another hotel... or stay in a tent.
