I don’t particularly like to write reviews, but in this case I can’t keep silent - after the last vacation, a surge of...
I will not go into whitewashing or denigrating the institution, I just want to describe our vacation at the Krishtaleve Dzherelo sanatorium (Solochin, Transcarpathia) in July 2020.
We are quite spoiled by good recreational conditions, we rest in such sanatoriums 2 times a year, so we have something to compare with.
The territory of the sanatorium is small, but very well-groomed and green (landscapers respect! ).
We rented a family room for three. The room is spacious (it corresponds to the level of a junior suite in size), good repair, furniture, beds with good mattresses. For those who like to sleep the most…
Wi-Fi is very weak, sometimes non-existent.

The medical base is quite large (its own laboratory, tests, ultrasound, water procedures, massages). The relative cheapness of procedures (in comparison with other sanatoriums) is only relative, because. here procedures are performed in less time. Hence the cheaper price.
Being late for the procedure for 5-7 minutes is deducted from the time of the procedure, for 10 minutes - they can cancel the procedure without a refund. Very, I tell you, mobilizes!
The attitude of the staff towards everyone is neutral, restrained and polite.
That's where the positives end and the sadness begins. . .
On the first day (after a consultation with a therapist) we chose different procedures for the whole week ahead: massages, hydromassages, baths, mineral enemas (where without them... ), irrigation, inhalations and a bunch of other extremely useful procedures.
At the reception, we made a schedule of visits for a week, appointed a time, and issued registration cards.
The first thing I didn’t like was that payment for all the prescribed procedures should be made immediately in full prepayment (probably so that they don’t run away without paying). Although all sanatoriums work on the fact of the services provided. Okay, it’s necessary, it’s necessary - they paid...
Literally after 20 minutes, one service was removed (it required a long preparation, diet, cleaning), because. I did not want to waste time on all these preparations. The next day, another daily procedure was removed from the wife, because. she didn't fit.
Let me remind you that this is important - everything is paid on the first day immediately after the appointment by the therapist.
At the reception, we were assured that there would be no problems with the return of money, or maybe you would choose something for this amount during the rest...
The vacation was coming to an end, additional services were not ordered, I turned to the reception with a question about the return of the balance. They sent him to the head doctor - he went.
And then the head physician Igor Igorevich V. (the dearest person, honestly... ), declares that according to the Public Agreement, which the sanatorium is guided by, they do not make any returns. Class! The service was not rendered, but we will not return the money anyway!

When asked what kind of Treaty this was, he took a ten-page opus from the table and handed it over for review. To my remark that I did not sign any contracts, I said that when you check in at the reception, you sign a registration card with a link to this contract and, if you want, you can take this contract from the administrator for review.
Dear Igor Igorevich, since you refer to this information, it should be posted on your Internet resource www. kryshtaleve-dzherelo. com. ua so that people can get acquainted with it before deciding on a place for the upcoming vacation. And a person who is already standing in front of the check-in desk (especially after 1000 km of road by car) is unlikely to read 10 pages of your contract...
Moreover, he already has, as it were, no choice: either sign, or get out of here.
This is the calculation.
Gopnik from the station, honestly...
But the most important thing is:
To my remark that self-respecting establishments do not do this, the answer was received, ATTENTION: “Well, rest in other establishments! ”
Bow, curtain.
Then, however, he did a huge favor (only for you, so to speak... ) and said that they would return it anyway.
I already shed tears of happiness...
What then to expect from the rest of the staff?
Nutrition requires special attention. It is something!
All the cheapest and sooo dietary!
Salad of boiled zucchini with boiled seaweed, boiled fish with rice and, most importantly, the cheapest tea in bags. No cocoa (there was once in seven days), no uzvar (this is generally a national drink and should be daily). In the morning / in the evening this tea, in the afternoon they indulge in compote.
Something like this every day three times a day!
If a person is treated here at death with the last stage of a disease of the digestive tract - then, of course, this is what you need!
But if you came here just for prevention to drink water, improve your health, get some air - you are unlikely to last long on such a diet...
But, alas, they don't think about it here.
Meals are included in the price and you can not refuse it. More precisely, you can: pay and do not eat!
When people get up from the table and untouched dishes remain on it (and this continues from day to day), the cook should be, at the very least, ashamed. Children are especially crazy about this kind of food!

Having drawn conclusions, we can say that the prices that the sanatorium "Krishtaleve Dzherelo" sets for its services absolutely do not correspond to the quality of the services provided.
For 6 days, we spent 45.000 UAH ($ 1.700) in this sanatorium for three, but the maximum for that was 30-35 thousand...
Three families with whom we managed to get acquainted and communicate here did not express their desire to come here again. We, too…
I hope the owner of this establishment sees this review and draws conclusions.
I also suggest reading a review about our vacation in the Solva complex (Polyana, Transcarpathia).
