We rested at the end of February 2010. The hotel itself, not bad, in principle, got what we saw in the photo. BUT!! ! The service staff - fire, first of all, the blonde girl from the bar. Her crowning answer is - I don’t know, it’s not for me (considering that no one is visible in the hotel anymore !! ) We arrived early in the morning, settled - they didn’t even ask for a name !! We have clarified from Kyiv whether there is snow? The answer is yes, people ride. When driving - not a snowflake ! ! Why lie like that?!? ! Breakfast included: no mineral water, no casseroles, no mushrooms. In short, take order not what is included, but what is. Room cleaning - take out the trash - EVERYTHING, even the bed does not need to be made ! ! AND THIS IS CONSIDERING THAT EXCEPT US, THERE IS NO ONE AT THE HOTEL! They walk like sleepy ones, it’s disgusting to look at. They confused with the date of departure, they thought that we were moving out a day earlier - they turned off the heating and hot water!
