We planned to buy a coupon for 7 nights and another 3 nights. The hostess said that if we make an advance payment (200 UAH) within an hour, the room will be booked, so we did (it was in the evening). The next morning, they contacted Olya in order to clarify what to do next, they encountered Pokupon for the first time, they thought to buy the coupons themselves, to which she said that this was not necessary, an advance payment was enough (as it turned out later, the owners of the Pokupon pay a percentage for attracted clients).
On the day of arrival (we are a married couple with a child of 10 years old), we spent a day on the road, tired and hungry in the evening we arrive at the hotel, the hostess meets us and shows us a completely different room, there is an old carpet on the floor (they asked without carpets, because there are allergies for dust), and instead of the 3rd bed, it offers a cot. When I asked what was wrong with the room that we were promised when booking, at first there was an answer that there were no rooms with 3 beds in the hotel at all, then it turned out that we had arrived people from Booking and she could not refuse them. As a result of not the most pleasant negotiations, we heard that if we arrived by at a discount, we should be content with what they give us, and you might think that we have seen something better in our lives. Olya kicked us out at night with a child, and smiling sweetly suggested that we sit down and look for another place to live, which we did while sitting on the sidelines with things, because In fact, the hotel is located on the outskirts of Slavske.
