We are a Christian group, we came to this hotel to celebrate the 2018 New Year! We are 40 people and we paid 140.000 UAH for 4 nights It would seem like a lot of money! But you have no idea how terrible the attitude of the administration was towards us... We could not get equipment and music for the New Year, they were rude to us, they shouted at us! disgusting food, poor quality! I'm already silent about the rooms themselves! No closet, tiny rooms, no cleaning! Rudeness at every turn, especially from the administrator! and what do you want for 600 g, he screams at us like an obsessed one! In a room of 10 meters there is a sofa for two 149 cm wide and a bunk bed for two without a wardrobe (things in a pile) we pay 2400 g for this room and we are still rude! In general, the most unpleasant impression! I can’t even imagine what could motivate me to return to this hotel even for a day! Do not repeat our stupidity, learn from our mistakes! No administrator. 0. No room has a closet, some do not even have a hanger, all in bags. The lake is far (2.5 km) and there is no beach or gazebos (1 for 6 people), there are no gazebos near the hotel. Entertainment 0. Service is poor, dishes are dirty, the tables in the evening can not be cleaned. Whoever they talked to was just shocked.
