On one site, I read a review where the vacationer was very indignant about this scratch on the wall. This is a trifle that should not be emphasized.
As for wi-fi, it does not catch well in all places of the hotel. But not catastrophic. By the way, MTS did not work there at all. But it has nothing to do with the hotel. Something happened to the tower in Shayan. Just in case, you need to check before going to Shayan. Kyivstar no problem. This nuance must be taken into account in order not to buy new packages there.
About nutrition. We ate mostly at another hotel. But ate in this a few times and we really enjoyed it.
Cleaning. Cleaned clearly every 3 days. Towels were also changed when cleaned. Bed linen changed 1 time. Everything was as it was written.

The good thing was that the hotel was new and negligent maids did not have time to spoil it. The price is really high for the services provided. The work of the cafe deserves a higher rating, but the kebab was prepared for us inedible. All these comments are more related to the service staff, as the hotel and cafe managers are very nice and caring people. I would like to wish them to select personnel more carefully.
