Secondly, on 7.01 (on Christmas) they called from the restaurant and said that there were no more places, although an advance payment was made for the ordered dishes, and how is it that there are no places - for the clients of your own recreation center??! ! The holiday was ruined, as all the cafes in the village were already fully occupied, so we had to celebrate in the room. Thirdly, the service in the restaurant is simply disgusting, you sit for 20 minutes and wait until one of the waiters deigns to come up to you, and then you wait an hour for an order. Having also paid in advance for lunch, we come to eat, and the restaurant is closed, because the director’s birthday, in general, we stood for about 20 minutes until we were told to take a walk, they say, until they celebrate there. In the evening we got hungry and went to eat, but it was not yet 9 o'clock when they were already closed, while restaurants in the village are open until 11. Everything on the territory is paid separately - pay for the gazebo, pay separately for the barbecue, while they don’t give skewer (and why should I take them with me on vacation ??! ) They asked for a skewer at the reception, as it turned out to be a problem, in a quiet we were given 2 skewers from the kitchen. The result is this: there is no respect for customers !! ! Service at a very low level! I don't recommend this base.
