The sanatorium was chosen by us on the recommendation. Mainly because of the opportunity to be in nature, in silence, without city noise. In general, we confirm: yes, this place is quiet, especially if you are lucky with those living in neighboring rooms. So, briefly about the main.
Reception: check-in went quickly, no delays. The girls are very attentive, they showed the territory along the way to the building.
Accommodation: We lived in the old building. He, of course, is "old", but it seems to us that it is quieter and calmer there. Even quieter than in the cottages, past which everyone walks and clamors on the phone. The most quiet rooms overlooking the children's house. However, if you are not lucky and a noisy company will live in rooms 2 and 3 on the ground floor with a common terrace, then almost everyone in the building will hear the hubbub on the terrace. The rooms are in need of refurbishment, pillows and mattresses should also be replaced. But overall it's good and clean. Plumbing is clean, working, towels are changed and on demand, incl.

Food: In our opinion, food is the weakest point of the sanatorium... The restaurant cannot be called a restaurant - it is a cafe-dining room. Dirty, especially on the open terrace. The waiters are attentive, but not professional at all. The kitchen is similar to home, absolutely without imagination and with elements of Soviet sanatoriums. In September, during the vegetable and fruit season, in the region where vegetables and fruits are grown, there were very few seasonal dishes. If they serve nalistniki with apples, then these are two harsh pancakes and a teaspoon of applesauce... The extreme savings on literally everything are very noticeable. Therefore, the kitchen pulls on 3+ no more.
Procedures and mineral water: The water is quite pleasant, the pump room works. Procedures are released without queues, on time. But with the influx of vacationers, it is very difficult for the staff to cope with the appointment and change in the schedule of procedures. It's time to introduce an electronic system. Sad massage rooms (no windows, stuffy, in the basement). The bathroom section was very nice.
To summarize, I will say that if in the near future we revise the methods of managing the sanatorium, the approach to nutrition and the work of all staff, it will be very good. If this is not done, then Carpathia can turn into a completely boring, wretched place from the Soviet past. Finally, I’ll add that don’t count on excursions from the sanatorium. Excursions were canceled for us twice, without explanation, just before they began, which greatly spoiled the rest and the impression of the sanatorium.
I hope that our review will be considered by the administration of the sanatorium as an impetus for reforms.
