We came to relax and get treated with the family.
I note that this is not a Turkish hotel where people go to swim and fry on the beach. Therefore, I would not draw such parallels.
Still, it’s worth going here if you have the opportunity to undergo procedures and drink some water. Water, by the way, should be drunk according to the appointments of the medical staff, and not as you have to.
What we saw:
Large and spacious room, good location near the center of Polyana, lakes and forests.
Competent and caring staff. Clean and new spa.
I expected that they would write out procedures for the maximum and more expensive, but no, all appointments and procedures are strictly for health reasons, and some procedures were not recommended.
Everything is clean in the room, but the furniture is an amateur.

Large and comfortable bed. The only drawback of the bed, in my opinion, is that it is light and the floor is slippery. The bed keeps moving away from the wall. But you can sleep well and, in combination with the air, you feel great.
The bathroom is clean, there is a bathtub, but the plug seems to be lost.
It is clear from the food that it is economical, but they are trying.
The menu, of course, has no alternative, but in the morning the milk porridge is kindly changed to the usual one. And for dinner, when the child asked for supplements, they did not refuse.
Since we were with a child, and he could not eat everything, I had enough. When there was not enough, you can go to one of the huts, since there are plenty of them in the vicinity.
In nutrition, I was especially pleased with the pastries, as I understood that they themselves made a biscuit. Basically, dietary and quite edible. Tasteless were, perhaps, sausages one of the days.
You can work out, but the gym only has cardio machines. On the street there is a strange set of simulators, like on street playgrounds around the city. I understand that there is a good gym only in Solva, but it is VERY expensive there.
Of course, I would like to rent bikes, an indoor pool, a gym, and a Finnish sauna (this is especially true, probably in autumn and winter, since in summer you can find other activities to your liking anyway).
If they improve what they have, it will be great.
