The hotel is wonderful! The location of the hotel, its territory, well-groomed - is beyond praise. I didn’t see a better territory in Polyana for myself. On the territory of the pump room - working hours from 7 am to 10 pm - super water! The rooms are very large and comfortable. Everything is clean. Smart maids. You never see when they come, but the room is always clean. We changed our towels every other day. But there are so many of them per person that we did not have time to get them dirty. The room has all the necessary utensils if someone wants to eat in the room. On the room, one small remark (well, so that not everything was sugary good)))) - this is the lack of a rope on the balcony for drying things, or at least drying in the room. Everything, nothing more to complain about. The hotel has bicycles for rent - for both children and adults. You can take badminton - for free, we took advantage. In five minutes walk - the center of the village with shops, cafes and excursions. There are many guides - choose for every taste. All prices are the same. We spent more on excursions than on hotel accommodation, but it's worth it. We were in a trout farm, in a cheese factory, on deer and ostrich farms, on Lake Synevyr, on the Shypit waterfall. We climbed on a lift to a height of 1500 meters, where at an air temperature of 30 degrees the snow lay and did not melt. Were in Uzhgorod and Mukachevo. In general, to visit Transcarpathia and not see these places is a waste of time. Although for some, Polyana itself may be enough - it is also a very beautiful village. Returning to the Serebryany Vodograi hotel, I still want to point out one significant minus in the work of the hotel - this is the work of the restaurant. When choosing a hotel, we saw complaints in the reviews about the fact that we have to wait half an hour for an order. Reading this, I remember to myself noted, just think, it doesn’t matter, you can wait on vacation. But I did not think that everything is so neglected. Young girls and boys work in the restaurant. Very friendly, but some very scared. I had to wait for an order for 30 minutes not sometimes, but always - and 30 minutes is at least, while reminding the waiters about my presence 3 times. It seems impossible to say that they are slow, running back and forth, flickering, but I ask the last name 4 times (I'm not exaggerating), they confuse orders, etc. I saw that many visitors were nervous. And it is very strange that the management does not pay attention to this. They would have to learn a little somewhere in the courses, and everything would be OK, or I’ll take an assistant. We only went for breakfast, which was included in the room rate. The portions are very small (at the same time, when ordering a number from the menu, the portions are different in size). Although it is worth noting that it is delicious. But. . .
We did not go here for lunch or dinner. We ate in different places all the time. Lunch for three of us always came out 150-200 UAH. And we were 6 days, that is, we spent at least 1000 UAH for one lunch. (excluding dinners). So, turning again to the hotel management, it may be more profitable for you to take on an assistant cook than to lose customers at lunches and dinners.
But this circumstance did not spoil our wonderful holiday. You can eat in different places, but you need to relax in Transcarpathia, and it’s very good if it’s Polyana, and it’s great if it’s Silver Vodograi. I recommend to everyone!

Thanks for a great vacation!
