Left a laudatory review of Quele a little less than a year ago. Having imprinted, we went again and were upset.
What went wrong: breakfast. Instead of a buffet, complex breakfasts now consist of an omelet of boiled eggs, a sandwich, a handful of salad and tea from a bag. All this is a miracle - 60 UAH (a year ago it cost 45 in the form of a buffet). The vaunted homemade cottage cheese is no longer in sight. Prices in the restaurant have risen, although they were at the level of Kiev.
Next is the pool. The tile falls off and no one tries to restore it. Fungus appears in places.

Most of all "strained" the settlement. According to the rules, check-out from the hotel at 11, check-in - at 12. For some reason, visitors from our room moved out exactly at 12, plus time for cleaning - they checked in with a fight by 13. No one apologized. A friend settled with us in a double room on an "extra bed" (140 UAH per day), and they did not give us an extra bathrobe, towels or cosmetics. I turned to the administrator - she said that this was not provided for an "additional" place (I wonder how a person should be without towels, that one is also for 140 UAH per day! : ) ). In general, towels were knocked out with a fight, but in the late afternoon.
The cleanliness of the room itself also leaves much to be desired. Last time we were in a junior suite on the 2nd floor - leather armchairs, a wooden bed. This time they settled on the 3rd floor, the armchairs and the upholstery of the bed were cloth and very greasy! the same greasy bedspread and ottomans on the bed.
In general, a good 4-star hotel was built, which rolled down to the top three in exactly one year.
Very sorry.
