We bought a 7-day voucher for two under the promotion, counted on a relaxing wellness vacation, and in principle we got this : ) The sanatorium has both its "+" and "-", but the pluses prevail.
Of the benefits: of course, nature, two mineral springs on the territory of the hotel (free of charge), free swimming pool and sauna, the hotel building itself is pretty and cozy. They cook well, a good and varied menu, I was especially pleased with the Swedish breakfasts (by the way, the sanatorium has a rather cozy restaurant with huge windows overlooking the beautiful views of the Carpathian mountains, but for some reason people ate sleepily in the dressing room. We chose a table for ourselves in the restaurant hall and had dinner admiring the sunset almost alone).
Prices for dishes are slightly lower than in Kiev, but the portions are not particularly large (knowing the "scale" of Transcarpathian cuisine, we expected more).

There is also a separate bar (prices for cocktails - about 40 UAH, coffee drinks 10-12 UAH).
Straight to the cons:
The declared WiFi is only on the 1st floor - in the lobby, restaurant and bar, while there are only two outlets.
The sanatorium "kvele polyana" itself was founded on the basis of the old sanatorium "polyana", the main procedures were supposed to be provided in the old building, which by April had not been opened. And that is why it is in Kwell Polyana that a rather meager set of services is available: a beautician (at Kiev tariffs) and a massage therapist (did not apply). We stopped at the hydromassage (60 UAH), because. I think that hydromassage is more effective than "manual massage" (160UAH total body massage). Plus unlimited access to the pool and sauna - it turned out quite well : )
Further, I think that Quelle Polyana quite spoils the “contingent” of those being treated, because. The hotel management works very closely with professional organizations and is not very busy with the promotion of the sanatorium "among the masses". Accordingly, quite a lot of "hard workers" come - I have nothing against ordinary workers, but it's not very pleasant to see drunken men in slates on vacation. Plus, I suspect that they do not handle hotel equipment very carefully, and therefore, because of them, trampled and stained carpets, etc.
By the way, the rooms are clean, comfortable and cleaned every day. "Superior" rooms differ from the usual ones only in size (i. e. good furniture both there and there. A travel kit of cosmetics and towels is provided), junior suites and suites have large balconies (there is also a hairdryer and bathrobes, a minibar and a large LCD phone). Bed "bilirbek", bed linen is good.
Finally, I can give good advice - leave a tip to the waiters, and nothing will spoil your vacation : ) We have it. Perhaps we will come to Quelle Polyana again.
