Fabulous hotel, amazing staff. Ordered a transfer - met at the car, brought quickly. We were seated immediately upon arrival, at 9 am. The room is chic, huge, a room with large windows and columns, the view from the window is on the mountains, super! I especially liked the bathroom - spacious and very comfortable! The bed is large: the three of us traveled with a child of 2 years 10 months, they fit easily on the bed. The room was cleaned every day. The maid is smart, neat, fast, modest. I liked the animator Zhenya, talented, calm, good-natured and unobtrusive. He treats all children well, gives them the opportunity to play on their own, plays with children, comes up with interesting activities for children of different ages - from one to 10 years old at the same time. My daughter willingly stayed with him and now misses him. Many thanks to the hotel for the New Year's party, Santa Claus, gifts for children! In the restaurant, breakfast is a buffet, food is added all the time, without zhlobstvo, which is rare in Ukraine. My husband liked the food very much. Pump room with water right in the lobby. Dinner can be ordered to your room. In addition to the menu, the restaurant prepares everything you ask for, up to the roasted pig! They cook very tasty. The pool decorated my holiday, the water is clean and warm. At 20 min. walking hill with skis, sledges, tubing, snowboarding, etc. , snow there in any weather.
Cons - on New Year's Eve, the music played very loudly until the morning, it interfered with us on the fourth floor, it could have been quieter. Compote is expensive, 10 UAH per glass.
In general, I liked it very much, it is treated close (the neighboring building is a sanatorium), it is wonderful to relax. I dream of visiting again.
