I want to forget this "rest" like a bad dream!
Junior suite (photo attached) cost 10.000 UAH for 5 nights. Mattress - springs. Baby blankets, paper chandelier with dust, mold in the corners, wet windows. And cold, HORRIBLE cold! The stench in the room is indescribable! Things are damp and cold. Warmed up in the bathhouse before the New Year's "banquet".
The staff tried in every possible way to save the situation as an apology - strudel, the maid brought a bottle of wine to the room (we kindly left it to the owner when leaving! ). But the problems that spoiled everything for us are not connected with the staff, but with the owner himself, who does not see or hear anything or anyone (only what is beneficial and convenient for him to hear! ). His version of Blame the Weather was childishly awkward. In general, it is not surprising that a person writes reviews for himself (in Booking this is clearly visible! ). Either reviews are bought for a cup of coffee (see photo! ) I would like to write “Dear” Yaroslav, but this is far from the case, so... Yaroslav! Throwing your millions around, throw some part into the correct reconstruction of the Continent!
It was our New Year holidays and New Year's Eve in a sad place (already met in this NG hotel, everything was super, we returned).
Bograch-party: boiled meat in advance was boiled in a cauldron, adding vegetables (this is slop, not bograch! ), mulled wine on coupons 1 cup in one hand, the rest was sold.
Banquet: dubious rolls (and they want to be Europe! ), Olivier salted + black pepper, incomprehensible sandwiches with lard, red caviar ARTIFICIAL from gelatin. There was a decent salad “herring under a fur coat”, but while we were leaving, they took it away because there was no place to put wings, they asked to bring a “fur coat” - it’s impossible, everything is in grams per person, like alcohol 125 grams of cognac / person. The husband went to buy, they gave it for free (just leave number 206). Since the other (what was) did not drink. The cost of New Year's Eve/banquet is 2380 UAH.
