We stayed at the Hotel Kateryna for a week with the family in the summer of 2020. In general, a good hotel with democratic prices, which generally correspond to the level of comfort and service for such money.
However, the slowness of the staff and the inability to deviate even slightly from the given scenario is outrageous.
The hotel promised us promotions: 1 hour of tub, 1 hour of phytobarrel for 2 adults (30 min of phytobarrel + 30 min of skin massage) and one day in the gazebo with barbecue.
The vat seemed unsuitable for us due to unsanitary conditions (a tub of water, where to dive after the vat did not show any signs that the water is drained from it more than once a month).
We asked the administrator to give us an extra hour for the third person (our eldest son) to use the phytobarrel instead of the vat hour. After a long time agreeing with the management we agreed. Arriving at the session itself (! Note - this is offered by the hotel itself "bun").

We made our residual choice, taking into account and counting on the friendly and loyal attitude of the hotel to its guests, so, in our perception, this hotel was a little different from others, because at least something offered (although now I say - just tried to offer).
We first saw a bunch of dirty mattresses right at the entrance - you can see in the photo. Then masseur Victor (sorry if the name is confused) began to explain to us that under the terms of the action ...we can get only one of two adults: phyto barrel then steamed body massage, and another massage immediately steamed body), and our son only phytobarrel. It can't be otherwise, because this is their action! ! ! !!
The appeal to the administrator initially gave the same result, and in a few minutes of negotiations went to the actions that will add something to us, but not in full.

Why only one waitress responds adequately to requests and does not confuse how many utensils and portions are needed, does not confuse tea with coffee, coffee without milk with coffee with milk, and all the others ... ? ! ! ?
Why does the plasma in a room with a home theater not work? (You need to configure it somehow)
Why do you promise the consumer what you can not provide quality? ! ! ? But it is better not to promise, offer on the fact - the consumer was pleased, he did not resent all the shortcomings.
