We rested in February 2011. there are no pluses. Didn't like the tiny closet-like room; a terrible bed with two mattresses of different lengths and a pit between them; dirty and torn bed linen, which was changed at our request three times, but still they gave dirty linen; horrible pillows you can't sleep on; increased audibility in the room; the only window from the room overlooks the porch, and everyone strives to look into it; ice in front of the hotel. The room was not cleaned once in a week, the towels were not changed either. sucks.
