She rested in Volnogor for 12 days. Electricity in the complex is practically not turned off. As a plus, you can pay by card. A big plus - in our house, the air conditioner had a clean filter.
In general, the house itself is super. At first it seems that everything is fine, but the longer you rest in the complex, the more you notice the disadvantages.
Upon check-in, it turned out that the safe was not working, the administrator promised that it would be repaired in a couple of days. So no one came to us for 12 days.

The complex works not only for residents, but also accepts vacationers for one day without accommodation. Depending on their number (and there may be more than 200 people on weekends), wifi also works accordingly, i. e. it is not enough for everyone or it is specially left only at the pool and restaurant (with mobile Internet in this area it is generally difficult). By the way, there are no TV channels in the house, you can watch youtube if there is wifi, or from a flash drive.
Also, there are not enough towels for all guests (some are terrible and need to be replaced).
It is not clear why, but companies of one-day visitors have priority over those staying (you have to wait for towels, they are kicked out from the table at which you are sitting, because it is on this side that the one-day vacationer wants to sit. To my question: "Am I not a vacationer? ", I did not answer anything).
Now about the service: There is a shower near the pool, but for a week, no one cares about the broken planks of the pallet under it (but the money for visiting the pool is taken from each visitor).
There is a trash can near each cottage (house), but for 2 days they asked to take away empty bottles from it. Although, near the pool, garbage is collected several times a day. It is not clear what prevents the collection of garbage throughout the entire territory of the complex (it is not so large).
The food in the restaurant is delicious, I especially liked the borscht, but there are also disadvantages.
For 12 days of rest, there is a small selection of dishes (I did not have enough main dishes made of pork (there is nothing except pork kebabs), mushrooms, as well as herring or mackerel)). In addition, the waiter does not know which dish is missing, that is, the kitchen does not immediately provide information about the absence of a dish, the waiter does not know which dish is at a specific moment in STOP. Also, it was constantly annoying that the waiter needs to be reminded of elementary things (For example, sour cream for dumplings, if you don't remind them, they will bring it at the end, or bread for the first course, or he can bring the dish at all, and you need to remind him about the utensils). Full a la carte pool bar food on weekends only. Then, before a new shipment of products, we finish what is available.

Cleaning, changing linen, refilling with personal hygiene products at the request of the resident (superficial cleaning, there was foil from toothpaste under the sink, and some remained, empty bottles were still left in the trash near the house. The next day I had to ask to add personal hygiene products, although , in my opinion, the maid should replenish during cleaning).
The bar plays monotonous music on reverse. I would like some variety in Ukrainian songs, there are much more of them than we listened to)) (you can just turn on any FM radio).
By the way, if the owner's son is relaxing in the bar with his friends, or he himself is the owner/co-owner/co-founder, it doesn't matter, the music will play until night, not until 10 p. m.
And also, mowing the grass at 8:30 in the morning, in my opinion, is also somehow wrong.
