We stopped at a two-room suite. On the eve of arrival, the reservation was responsibly confirmed, but when found in the room, they found that it was not cleaned. Mr. assured that while we walk around the city, everything will be removed. We walked for 5 hours. During this hour we took out a garbage bag from the room and smeared mud on the toilet.

The plumbing was not washed, the floor was not even swept. They promised to clean up again, but it didn't work out. Among other shortcomings - torn curtains, dim lighting (in the chandeliers is equal to one dim lamp), the sofa barely managed to unfold, one of the pillows folded into a lump, a blanket on a double bed and a half wide. Of the pros, it should be noted that in general the room is comfortable, bedding and towels are fresh, and the owner was constantly in touch. But this did not improve the general impression, although it seems that they do not care much.

For the first time we gathered in the Carpathians....after a long search on the Internet for a place to live, we stopped at the private estate "SAKURA", on the recommendation. We were very pleased and impressed. The photo that is posted on the Internet cannot be compared with reality... 100 times better and more beautiful. And the views from the windows....just a fairy tale. Because we have children, so we need the conditions. . . The rooms are super, everything is made of wood (as shown in the photo. The room is very comfortable, clean, not small. There is a kitchen on the floor with all kitchen utensils, a large dining room, a toilet with a shower, everything is clean and new. And the bath.....can't be described!! ! And the owners are very friendly, affable, they will tell and show everything! Maryana and Lubomir you are wonderful people, thank you very much for everything. Wait for us in a year, or maybe earlier. We want to see the Carpathians in summer again. God bless you. The hotel is very well located, everything you need is within walking distance: 10-15 minutes walk to the center, 5 minutes to the railway station, 20 minutes to the Palanok castle, so you didn’t have to use public transport.
