Beautiful hotel, very clean, delicious food. Nice pool with warm and clear water, great spa treatments.

The hotel administrator refused to compensate, as they said that I did not immediately report this and they are not sure that it was their fault (price 700 UAH). Although in the evening the lights were constantly knocked out and we had to change the room 2 times.
