We came to rest on a gift certificate from "One deal". From the very beginning, I was surprised by the fact that in the most expensive room for UAH 2.450 (upgraded semi-suite), we had to pay an extra UAH 600 for the fact that our child is over 5 years old!! ! Imagine that we will pay 1.200 hryvnias for 2 nights in addition to the price of the room (without the service of placing an extra bed).
Then we settled in and hungry from the road went to the restaurant. I asked at the bar if there was beer on tap - no, I asked if the children had juice not from the fridge - no, I wanted to order barbecue - but in the evening? they did not have a tandoor in the slaughterhouse.
But the most interesting thing was that I asked the girls at the bar if the establishment had Cork fries, to which they were surprised and said that they did not know what it was, and the administrator Googled this term on her phone))) I explained to them what it is, to which they replied "We have not heard of such a thing, we do not have such a thing. " Okay, this is not so significant against the background of the problems we faced later.
But before that, I want to note the good things - they are maids who fully do their job. The hotel was clean, but the girls came in and asked if everything was enough, whether to buy a room, etc
The administration, waiters are people who shit (sorry) on their customers. You paid - now it's all your problems. Unfriendly, rude and familiar (this is about the administration). The waiters were not rude, but completely incompetent.
Many wrote that the cuisine was not tasty, I would not say so. We had tasty and large portions. However, we were very unpleasantly impressed by the order of serving dishes and the waiting time.
On the second day of rest at the Carpathian Tower, our child had a birthday. We ordered a chocolate fondant dessert and asked to insert an 8 candle into the dessert. We also ordered - kebab, french fries, pasta with cheese, pita bread with cheese. They also asked to heat the juice for the children in the microwave. They brought cold juice from the refrigerator, and this is the order of serving dishes - first they brought "freshly prepared" shish kebab )) then - pita bread with cheese. We waited 1 hour 10 minutes for children's pasta and French fries (when the hall was full - 4 tables with people).
We visited the institution's pool - it is clean and warm - there are no questions about it.
I would like to note that we clarified all the things we did not understand with the staff, they did not like it very much and we received a rather abrupt and dissatisfied answer. I believe that after staying at the institution for a total of one and a half days and leaving UAH 8.500 there (accommodation, food), I have every right to a high level of service.
At the same time, other people lived with us, who also had comments about the institution.
Finished us the last day of rest, before from? on the way home, we came for breakfast (by the way, it is included in the price of the room). We took our seats and waited for the food, and then our four-year-old son starts vomiting??? ? right in the restaurant in front of people and staff. NO ONE CARED ABOUT ANYTHING FROM THE WORD AT ALL. And then my husband and I started reading reviews a week/4 days ago - where people wrote about it and were still en masse.
We packed our things and went to the administration, to give the keys and to inform that our child started vomiting (there were about 4 families with children in the institution), so it was our duty? to inform them about this in a tongue-in-cheek manner, to which the angry administrator said "so what, your children have never been sick, my children are also sick, I'm of no use here"??? ? I gasped, then started "look at what is happening in Bukovel, there are people with poisoning everywhere. " Then I simply had no words))) I said that it was a shame that we had not read the reviews about the institution earlier, and if we had, we would not have come to them. I said that we are returning home dissatisfied with the rest at the institution, to which the administrator replied "what will I do, you are not satisfied with everything from the very beginning, we are not satisfied with you either"

I chose this hotel only because, based on its location on the resort map, I thought that it had ski in/ski out. Alas, I was wrong.
