I want to say that Izki is a wonderful place. Insanely beautiful views of the mountains! Fresh air and silence, which is broken only by the singing of roosters, the barking of dogs, the neighing of horses and the ringing of cow drums, well, very rarely a lawn mower. There is a swimming pool, a children's playground, a spring with wonderful water, a lift, a restaurant with excellent cuisine, and a massage parlor - this is a separate topic. The cuisine in the Magur restaurant is commendable. Whatever we ordered, everything was always under the knife! Thanks to the chefs and waiters (Irina and Vase). Special thanks to the masseur Yuri, who with his massage gave just a feeling of flight and complete relaxation! But there are downsides to this beauty, because of which you may not want to come here again, but which can be corrected, there would be a desire.
1. Cleaners are just a greasy minus.
For 6 days we did not clean the room, although they said that it is held on the 3rd day, referring to the fact that the hotel is full. I had to beg for toilet paper and take out the garbage from the room myself. Guys! You do not take UAH 250. per room, why should guests throw garbage behind them? The cleaners move slowly around the territory and for some reason they carry towels and linen for change in their hands, pressing them to their clothes, and they are not visible before 9.00.
2. The pool is paid - 50 UAH. in a day. Why, if I live in a hotel, I can't use the pool for free? ? ? Although if you pretend to be a hose, like "I'll lie here for 10 minutes while the sun is there…. ", And will lie down until you get bored, you can not pay. In short, some selectivity - a decent person will pay, and gossips, as always, will turn out not to pay.
3. Do not buy branded tincture - nonsense complete for 150 UAH.

The store on the territory is something - there are no price tags on anything, but if you ask the price, you will change your mind to buy what you want. Prices are space. And the range is not so hot. It is better to go to the village to Aunt Ana and skimp on her, by the way, and for homemade wine.
5. You do not have to count on excursions in the hotel, you will be registered, every day they will promise that when the group is recruited, then we will go, but the group was not recruited. As a result, we organized our own excursions to Synevir and the waterfall. Guys, if you were a little more agile, we would pay you that money.
6. Transfer from the hotel also pleased - 300 UAH. Is it really impossible to meet guests for free? After all, many come to you by car.
7. Another topic - the killed road from the highway to the resort - 2 km. Because of this, taxi drivers do not want to lower the price. From Volovets to the turn to Izki 20 km, because of the terrible 2 km taxi drivers charge 250 UAH. But still cheaper than the hotel transfer.

A couple of times there were fruits for breakfast - plums and apples. Very tasty bread, which is baked here themselves.
11. There were also problems with the room keys, the lock jammed, and the key to the common door did not fit at all, we learned about this when the new neighbors closed the common door and we could not go in and go out a second time.

13. It is better to come to Izki when there are no holidays, and then on holidays a lot of people come and for 1-2 days, a lot of noise and show-offs.
Summing up, I want to say that the resort has potential, and it is clear that many there are trying, such as administrator Andrew, who tried to solve problems as much as possible, but not all he can. But everything is spoiled by our Ukrainian clumsiness and pofigism. If you do not overcome it, you can ruin such a wonderful place!

IMHO, since the alcohol here is really super, you need to come with your company for the weekend in order to "escape" from the rebellious everyday life and it will be no worse (or even better) than in Sharm !!!

Not everyone (at least at the stage of booking) is suitable for active sports holidays (all the same ski resort), excursions, or just drinking mineral water. If you make a pool, it will be possible to lure tourists who just come to "relax" and do nothing, and by adding animation and discos (near the pool), you can already attract young people and relax no worse than in Turkey and Egypt : ))))

The food is delicious, we tried a lot of steaks, and lamb, and trout, and bograch ! , and much more, hot appetizers are super, what I would like to note is a very tasty banosh with cheese and cracklings (I recommend it) !!!
Were on a horse riding tour in the mountains - everything can be seen around for miles - the beauty is indescribable! Next time you need to try to master such a route on foot.

It was my first trip to the Carpathians. And right away so well. To say that this is a wonderful place is to say nothing... When you stop by the resort and see these most beautiful landscapes around, when you breathe in this fabulous air, you forget everything in the world.
We settled in a very comfortable and clean room. Snow-white beds, orthopedic mattresses. Convenient bathroom. There was always hot water, plumbing equipment in perfect order. The room had a TV with satellite reception. Good quality internet throughout the resort! At my request to give us an electric kettle, they brought it to me in 10 minutes.
The only inconvenience was in the room - I found only one outlet, so I recommend taking an extension cord and a tee with you just in case.
Neither the child nor you will be bored. Whatever type of holiday you choose. For active people - horseback riding and bicycles for rent, for lovers of a relaxing holiday - a swimming pool, sun loungers and a relaxing massage after a mineral water font.
During our stay, there were children's camp teams right there, we even visited several events with the children. And I saw how good, comfortable and interesting the children were. The caretakers were very professional.
And one more feature that I would like to note. As my friend wrote - why are there almost no people in all the pictures? So a large number of people rested with us - about a hundred children, a camp of mothers with children - eco tourists, just tourists, and at the same time the territory of the resort and its structure is such that there was no flea market anywhere, everyone was busy with their interesting affairs, while this without interfering with each other.
Izki is located in a very convenient location - there are many attractions around. And they offer a lot of excursions. For a week we were able to visit the reserve near the mountain lake (take bread with you if you want to feed the trout from your hands, this is an unforgettable sight), saw the only bear rehabilitation center in Ukraine, waterfalls and trembita lessons. I would especially like to highlight excursions in the vicinity of Izka. This is real ecotourism, mountains, grasses, meadows, echoes and the opportunity to shout out to the world everything that you feel. We went on excursions and walked in small groups of 6-10 people. And this allowed the guide to work almost individually!
Well, a few words of gratitude to the entire staff of the resort. Firstly, they are all professionals, and secondly, they are wonderful sympathetic people. My son is autistic and it has always been difficult for us to go somewhere and feel comfortable. But the people in Izki created a Miracle, they were very careful, very kind to my child, to his oddities. We have always seen only kindness and friendliness. In any situation, our interests were put at the forefront. And this is a very big plus for this team, and even if there were some rough edges and incidents, they all remained a trifle for me. We left with a great desire to go back. And with love for this land in the heart. Prosper Izky, we really want to come again.

They asked the driver to bring Izok, he said that there is no ointment for bruises in Volovets in the pharmacy: -((How do people ski, if anything, they won’t help you, we ourselves went to Mukachevo. In general, a stubborn "ECO resort", if it can be called a "resort" like that. For young people, if there is no snow, there is nothing to do at all. Boredom and sadness... And also, I almost forgot, on the account of their cards, on which you can put money and then pay for all services. We put money in, and everyone paid. And then we didn’t have enough money on the card. they charged us 2 times for lunch and Magura. And then they said that they have passed the payment once. We barely got it right. Do not use the services of cards, zero security. They will take the money and you will not understand where it has gone. Impressions about the rest in Izky are the most negative !!!!!! ! I do not recommend this eco-resort!!!!! ! Better Go to Bukovel or abroad!!! !

It is better not to eat, but there is no alternative. but we are adults. . . Let's get back to the kids. Another "chip" children's camp. (look at the advertisement - parents are relaxing and an EXPERIENCED animator with your children). sent the children to the camp for the day (three children). First, it started with skis. skiing in the morning. we are told that the price (300 UAH) includes only the instructor and the ascent, and the rental is not included. . . (I was afraid I didn't pay). further skiing 2 hours everything is fine. but we were always next to the children because they fall, etc. After skiing, the children had lunch. we sipped mashed potatoes and steam cutlets in advance. but we decided to go for lunch too and sat next to a table where we sat with the animator. instead of mashed potatoes and meatballs, the children were given noodles and a cue ball. the animator is silent. we came and said. oh, sorry, we got it wrong. that is, those children whose mothers were not around were probably given something that was more convenient for them and cheaper. then one of our children came off the table and left. we waited a couple of minutes. mom went for her child, I went to the animator and asked if she knew where the child had gone now (there were 4 children in total, 3 of them were ours). I was told "no, I don't know". Next was to be horseback riding. long time to write. . in the end, everyone flew in a "sleigh cart" and rode through the swamp for 15 minutes. despite the fact that initially there were individual horseback riding with an instructor. then there should be English classes, in the children's room and rest. we were in the room and one of the mothers decided to go see how the children are resting. children's room: a dark room, illuminated by the lights of the Christmas tree. outside for 4 hours. i. e. not very light. children run around the room. . . themselves. . someone is drawing. . with lights. . . animator. . . sitting in a meeting. . they are busy. according to the schedule from 15:30 to 17:00 outdoor recreation, sledding. fact: sledding at 5pm. . . !!! It's night and cold outside. there is no light on the highway (then after the scandal they turned on) the children fell into the swamp. . because the snow ends in places and in the middle of the skiing track is a swamp. scandal.....promised to fix it. . evening. . set cartoons. . thank. turn on the light in the nursery! two animators! we finished our supper and went upstairs to the children. . children watched a cartoon with an animator ON THE FIRST TABLE FROM THE SCREEN! i. e. experienced animators do not have the slightest understanding. . we took the children. result: a malr of the fact that the money thrown away. nerves. . etc. but spoiled rest and mood. and lastly.
