The hotel was advised to us by the travel agency, they said it was good. What is the result:
1. The soundproofing of the rooms is completely absent. You don’t even need to raise your voice to talk with neighbors - I’m not exaggerating, it seems that there are simply no walls
2. The bathroom stinks of sewage
3. The hotel has one (one! ) hair dryer for the entire hotel. To use it, you need to go down to the aunt who is in charge of washing and ask for it. If not busy, then she will reluctantly give

4. The batteries are barely warm, in the morning they woke up from the cold. How they tried to solve the problem: we went to the same aunt (and there is no one else, there is simply no reception, only she is from the staff) - she said to call the administrator. By the way, to call the administrator, you need to go outside. In winter, by the way. Because there is no communication at the hotel at all, i. e. absolutely, absolutely not. The administrator promised hot batteries, after half an hour they really got hot, but after another 2 hours they cooled down again. We called the manager again. He asked me to tell Vanya that everyone knows Vanya, don't you know Vanya? This is the same incomprehensible type, which can sometimes be found on the first floor, from whose speech you can make out individual words. So, - tell Vanya not to turn off the batteries all night. I'm not kidding, the hotel manager communicates instructions to the staff through the guests. Apparently because it is impossible to get through to Vanya, and why it is impossible - read above.
5. As I said, there is no connection. There is no wi-fi either.
6. The kitchen - well, it just sucks. Buckwheat and sausage for breakfast! In the Carpathians, where excellent cuisine and hospitality is one of the attractions. Where they usually feed with potato pancakes, syrniki, pancakes, some delicious soups, uzvar... etc. No, buckwheat! And black tea. Not Carpathian, but just stupid black tea.
7. We also managed to evaluate a separate cottage on the territory of the hotel (after complaints about soundproofing, we were moved there). As I understand it, this cottage is positioned with them as a high-comfort housing, but here I could be wrong. What is there: no hood (and the sewer stinks! ); when the neighbors walk upstairs, what is heard is not a distant thud, but just a roar; in the morning they froze even under two blankets; there are only two hand towels for a double room (and there is no hair dryer : ) ), when asked to give more towels, the aunt said that there is no (no! ) - that is, everything is washed, come back in 2 hours. They came after 2 hours - no aunt, no towels, no one. But there are business cards of the administrator : )
Summing up, I join the previous commentator and confirm that I have never lived so badly anywhere. Even in a cottage with private facilities on the floor it would be more comfortable.
