-learned about this Gostiny Dvor from friends, there were only positive reviews;
-location, on the bank of the river, very beautiful view from the window, at the same time quite quiet and comfortable;
- room (junior suite), originally decorated, handmade furniture, everything is clean and tidy;
- the hostess Nadezhda, a hospitable and positive person, cooks superbly, and it is clear that everything she does is treated with soul.
-breakfasts, deliciously prepared and large portions, for little money.
Why the impression is ambiguous, everything was spoiled by the sauna, well, the hospitality of the owner was strained.
- in the morning, when we arrived, we asked the hostess if it was possible to order a sauna, since in the evening we would return from Hoverla and wanted to warm up, Nadezhda replied that it was possible, but we have it electric and it takes about an hour for the sauna to warm up, that the cost of the sauna 300 UAH / 1.5 hour.

Upon arrival from Hoverla, they asked if it was possible to order a sauna already from the owner Peter, he answered, it was possible, but already 300 UAH / hour, but oh well, they didn’t argue, they ordered it.
We went to the sauna, the sauna is located on the first floor of the cottage (the living area of ​ ​ the cottage is on the second floor). The temperature in the sauna room is 60 degrees, in the space of the first floor (there is no division into rooms) there was no cool enough thermometer, but when breathing steam came out of the mouth;
We sat for 40 minutes, the temperature in the sauna was 70 degrees, it was still cold in the room, they called the owner, explained that this was not a sauna, but since you used electricity for the sauna and gas to heat the cottage, you are ready to pay some kind of compensation, for what Peter says, let's then 200 UAH.
It is clear to warm up such a cubic capacity without isolating individual rooms, besides, there was only one entrance door, and cold air was drawn from the street, only hinges remained from the second doors, for such a time it is not possible, but the owner knew this very well, but the electric sauna in the Carpathians is this an interesting idea at all?
-relative to the owner, during communication, in the atmosphere flew "well, if you came for longer, and why should I strain myself. "
-and there were fireplaces in the room and in the sauna, acquaintances told us that firewood was included in the price, but there was no firewood in the sauna or in the room, after the story with the sauna there was no desire to ask for firewood, although in the sauna they would be all for sure brightened up.
- the closet in the room, although handmade, is skewed, after things were placed there, it was not possible to close it, the roofing felts had dried up, roofing felts needed to be placed under the base.
-prices, taxi from Zatin to the center 80 UAH, and it's not the season yet, a jug of tea 32 UAH.
Conclusion, the place is good and beautiful, but we will not go there again!
