For the weekend, a large group (8 adults and 9 children) decided to go to the Carpathians. We found a hotel (Vuyko) online in advance, phoned. Everything is OK, we booked two cottages, transferred an advance payment to the hotel account. When, after a long rally, we arrived at the place, it turned out that one of our cottages was occupied. Unreasonable mumbling of the administrator (or whoever else came out to deal with us) - they say, I just forgot... I don’t know . . Those who traveled with small children will understand that such a scam cannot be forgiven. No one apologized to us, and as an alternative, it was proposed to take one cottage, and the rest - look, they say, and you will find . . Swine behavior. The owners of the Vuiko Group of Companies didn't give a damn about the customers. . . IMHO - don't even try to book rooms in this hotel! Perhaps the staff and the conditions there are good - it’s a pity they didn’t give an assessment . . But the attitude towards the clients of one person (forgetful) spoiled the mood of more than one me, not counting the time spent looking for another place to stay. My advice is the private sector.
