Rested in June 2008 with a friend in this boarding house. In general, the impressions from the "Polaris" were positive. A small well-groomed territory of the boarding house, clean and tidy. Polite attendants, administrators who help tourists in organizing pastime, cooperate with travel companies in organizing excursions around the area. Polaris has an outdoor small pool - at the time of departure, the water reached a temperature of 28 degrees. Also sauna, billiards, etc.
Of the negative points - food. Breakfast was an obligatory condition - 30 UAH/person. During the five days of our stay, twice (! ) we were given an omelet with "paper" sausage, margarine butter daily. The breakfasts were plentiful, but unfortunately not tasty. Despite the off-season and a small number of vacationers, breakfasts were brought late. In my opinion, it is easier to order lunches and dinners somewhere in the city (Kolyba "Krasna Sadiba", restaurant "Hutsulshchyna"), or have a bite to eat on excursions. And excursions are really worth visiting: there are a lot of beautiful natural places in the vicinity of Yaremche: the Priboy waterfall, Dovbush rocks, the Guk waterfall, Sheshory waterfalls. A separate and unforgettable excursion to Hoverla (4 km ascent / 4 km descent), beautiful landscapes. . . )
