Stairs in 2-storey rooms creak very loudly. You can fall asleep only when the whole hotel is asleep. The administrator, Uncle Pyatya, is a terrible boor. To all our complaints, he allowed himself to raise his voice and scold. Although the shortcomings were precisely from the side of the hotel. For example, they did not sleep all night. Laughter, partying, hubbub in the next room. Turns out? visitors were allowed to celebrate a corporate party there !! ! This is with their soundproofing. Why not in a cafe, why in a room? ! I went to the sounds, they open it, and there is a table and 25 people are standing pushing toasts and having fun. And you can't complain about people! And this is not on New Year's Eve, but on the eve of the holidays.
They did not sleep all night, as did others, when the neighbors wanted to chat for hours until 3.00. The aforementioned administrator also ran into complaints about the corporate party. Like? he still needs to clean it all up. And we came here to spoil - he spoke rudely and boorishly.
Numbers 29.12 began to periodically disappear light. Either the sockets do not work, or there is no electricity at all. Just fix it, it disappears again. On New Year's Eve, there was no light at all. In the cafe we refused to celebrate. They offered to just set a table for the N-th amount without any program. This was not announced beforehand. By phone they promised exactly the CELEBRATION of the New Year. In fact, everything turned out differently. On New Year's Eve, we went to sleep in total darkness and silence (at least we slept for one night). The light went out until the very departure. Every day they were assured that this was the last time and this had never happened. But everything suggests that this is a constant and private phenomenon here.
We could not stand it, having left earlier (naturally without compensation). It was not rest, but sheer agony. For even an elementary rest in this hotel was not possible.
