We were in mid-January with a group of 7 people. Everyone loved it, so we are writing a detailed review.
The cottage is located in Yaremche in a very convenient location. Cafes, delicious restaurants, shops and food market nearby. On foot from 3 to 10 minutes, depending on where and why.
The guest cottage itself is located on the same territory as the owner's house. The owners do not interfere with anyone, there is no importunity and obsession (those who have come across, they will understand us); and at the same time, the owners are always there - if there is any question, or something is needed, they instantly solve everything. Any questions - where to buy or arrange a bath, or vats, or whatever. Any whim. And they also arranged a transfer to Bukovel for the entire time of skiing. And the locals offered the right drinks, and mushrooms. And for cheap.

The cottage itself is new, renovated very fresh. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-studio and a separate bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen-studio is quite roomy - seven adults were quite normally and comfortably accommodated and had a fun time. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils and cutlery. We cooked our own food and the provided utensils and equipment were enough for us. And we love to eat.
The bedroom on the first floor is quite spacious and warm. Own bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with one shared bathroom with shower.
Both bathrooms are equipped with new plumbing, everything works perfectly; the water in the shower does not stagnate, runs well. Constant hot and cold water. The whole house was warm even at a frost of -15 degrees.
Wi-fi is available and works well. TVs are working.
We left late. At 21 o'clock. Since the next tourists arrived only tomorrow, we were given the opportunity to gather until the evening without any problems.
Our whole team traveled a lot and saw a lot. And all, as one, decided that we would return here again. And we recommend the Dereviy cottage-villa to everyone.
