1. The hotel booked in advance, four rooms with separate beds (10 times specified that the beds were separate). Upon arrival, the beds were double, after the remarks, the girls came running and started rearranging our rooms. During the day we drove 1200 km and we didn’t really want to wait until the fragile two girls from the reception (they are waitresses, bathhouse attendants, security guards, etc. ) make the beds change. Our conscience did not allow us healthy men, and we naturally helped. But the question is where is the service?
2. Bath with brooms was also ordered in advance. There were no brooms and we had to buy them on our own after going to Yaremche. They started to heat the bathhouse for us in two hours and heated it to 65 degrees. For 5 hours of staying in the bath, we did not succeed in raising the temperature higher, but on the contrary, they lowered it to 60 degrees. As it turned out, the firewood that was brought to us for throwing was taken from the street from under the snow and was simply damp and did not want to burn.
3. In the restaurant, the choice of food is very small and a number of dishes listed on the menu are simply not available (from salads there is beetroot and from cabbage - everything). Portions for the Carpathians are very small. The prices are very high - for example, a cup of green bagged greenfield tea is 30 UAH . . In general, in the evening we ordered a meal for 1800 UAH . . While cooking, we took out and opened the beer we brought with us and decided to prepare the stomach before dinner)). We had to drink beer on the street in 15 degree frost. fee for each bottle of 50 UAH. At the same time, this fee is not indicated anywhere - it is not on the menu, it is not in the hotel charter, internal orders, etc. just in words. With such prices, we were simply shocked by 50 UAH. for our bottle despite the fact that we ordered a meal for almost 2000 UAH. We ordered a kebab, but as it turned out, there was no kebab on the menu, and they just kindled a brazier for us, so that we ourselves would fry it from our own meat, and we really wanted meat from the road. We ordered a couple of liters of juice, in return they brought us 0.33 glass bottles of juice, of course, at the price of a box of juice. If you can’t have your own alcohol, we decided to take a bottle of cognac from them at the bar - the price is 350 UAH. the cheapest Transcarpathian 3 * (in the store this costs 135 UAH). We thought that it would be easier for us to bring our own cognac and pay 50 UAH for it. will be much cheaper. Everything is done in such a way as to squeeze the maximum money out of you, just a swindler. As a result, out of hopelessness, we had breakfast at the hotel. We had lunch and dinner in the hut "High Pass" which is located at 500m. above (I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE). The portions are mega large, everything is very tasty, everything is fresh, the choice is huge and the alcohol was taken without any problems, no one said a word to us. Each time left a good amount of money there, but not in the hotel!!!!
3. The territory that is shown on the site does not correspond to reality. There is a building fence in front of the hotel. The road that leads to the hotels above is a meter from the threshold (dangerous with children). Territories for walking or as gazebos are shown - SIMPLY NO. Parking is designed for 8-10 cars maximum. We lived when there was 30% occupancy and the parking lot was busy. If there are more people, then put your car at the bottom of the road or I don’t even know where. Naturally, no one is watching the cars, although there are cameras in which you, then you will see how your car was robbed. The parking lot is not cleaned, frozen blocks of ice, etc. , almost cut off their bumper.
4. The whole hotel is served by two young girls at the reception, who are everything (administrator, waitresses, bath attendants, security guards, etc. ) there is also a fireman and in the afternoon one pizza cook and a cook in the basement. Such a number of people in such a hotel is just nonsense. If something happens in the hotel, no one will help you. At night everyone sleeps and the hotel is under lock and key, do what you want.
5. After the first night, a cheap sintapon pillow gave me a headache, and I did not sleep all night. With this problem, I approached the administrator and asked to change the pillow, as a result of which I received the answer “we don’t have others and we don’t care that you don’t get enough sleep, your problems. ” I had to go to sleep for the remaining four nights. I haven’t received such rudeness and indifference for a long time. This is despite the fact that the hotel is not cheap and rooms were rented for UAH 970. And there is also a second hotel. I think such a petty problem could be solved.
6. In all rooms, the drains of the shower stalls were clogged, they asked to be cleaned.
7. The snow on the balconies of the rooms has not been cleared, it is problematic to get out for a breath of fresh air.
8. You can count on Wi Fi only on the first floor in the cafe. The rest of the hotel simply does not have it. Elementary and minimal services that everyone needs now.
9. As stated on the website "The picturesque scenery and excellent service of the Skilandhouse Hotel in Yablunytsya will leave a pleasant impression of the rest. " everything is missing. In front of the hotel there is a construction fence and a little from behind the trees you can see the mountains, behind the construction. Service - I think you already understood.
BENEFITS - they are also there:
1. Clean comfortable rooms, as indicated on the website.
2. The whole hotel and rooms are very warm.
3. The rooms are cleaned.
4. Noise isolation norms.
5. EVERYTHING!
Conclusion - in this hotel the minimum comfort for rest is made, and everything else is done as much as possible to knock money out of the vacationer!! ! We rested during the season (end of January 2017) and the hotel was 20-30% full - LOWER PRICES, IMPROVE SERVICE, TAKE CARE OF YOUR CLIENTS!!!!
To rest again in this hotel - CATEGORY NO!! !
