We asked where we can stay for the night to rest and dry (because everyone was soaking wet and tired), we were advised this hotel. It was 27.08, not the season, there were no people at all, they took 70 UAH each. from a person. We asked what time we can check out tomorrow, for example, is it possible at 4 o'clock, and not at 12? We were told that we can at any time. Stayed in rooms for 6 people. They promised to turn on hot water (we asked 3 times), we waited for 2 hours, the water appeared for 30 seconds, then it was cold again, most likely, we never turned it on. We wanted to heat water for tea in a boiler, but for this we had to pay 20 UAH. (this is for 15 minutes of included gas). There were no bedding in the rooms at all, there were bare pillows and mattresses, there weren’t even blankets (at night the temperature dropped to 3 degrees), heating too, I had to sleep in sleeping bags. Cockroaches and mice were seen in the rooms themselves (at night). We ordered a bath for 10 o'clock, when we asked at 10 if it was ready, they answered us: "in 10 minutes, I will call you". 20 minutes passed, we came to find out what was happening with the bathhouse, and they told us - "Your time is already running out. " The bath itself was not cleaned, the water in the pool, which, in theory, should be dived after the steam room, was black and something was floating in it. We were not allowed to shower. The next morning, at 11 o'clock, we were told "you must check out in an hour. " We were shocked, because no one was ready for this. While we were getting ready, the administrator constantly yelled at us and threatened to call someone. In general, I strongly advise against staying, find another option better.
