rested last season in this hotel with a group of 7 people.
looking for a budget option. found Santara. at that time, there were all a couple of reviews on the Internet - and all negative. because I wanted to relax for 10-11 days, and not far from the ski lifts, and only this hotel allowed the budget - prepared for the worst - we got batteries and a lot of warm clothes. but when we arrived, we were precipitated by surprise - the sweet hostess, who greeted us very cordially, immediately accommodated us (although we had a problem - 8 people were supposed to go, and we ordered 2 three-seater and 1 two-seater, and then broke off - the problem was solved immediately and absolutely calmly - they took one 3-seater and one 4-seater), while we were unpacking things and preparing equipment for skiing - they prepared dinner for us - very tasty!
further, in short - it was hot - the windows were opened, there were no problems with hot water at all - each room had a large boiler - enough for three or four people in a row (of course, they saved a little), food - a separate issue in general - VERY tasty, and fed, as if to slaughter - there was a lot of everything. honestly, almost no attention was paid to the quality of the decoration of the rooms themselves - we came there to ride on the boards, and not to sit in the room.

hostesses - generally super - all problems were solved quickly and without noise, they always went to meet us. as for the generator - yes, it works. once they turned off the light, after 10 minutes the diesel started working. True, I had to turn off the boilers.
in general - Santara is a decent hotel option. my whole company was happy. what I wish you!
