Where to begin. We were already in this hotel in 2015, we rented a separate cottage and everything was wonderful, we got a lot of pleasure. The owner's wife, Natalia, worked in the kitchen and administrator, if I'm not mistaken. Friendly, sweet lady, always happy to help with any problem. We unanimously decided that we would go there again. In 2016, they did not have time to book on time, but in 2017 they did.
Natalia no longer worked there, mercenaries worked. Rude, impolite people who do everything with great favor, especially with regard to direct duties. Several times they ate there separately, and not in a legitimate breakfast and dinner, but they did it only when there was absolutely no choice, because they ask something with irritation, prices change for no apparent reason, not by much, but the fact itself , one day you ate for 75 UAH, the next the same for 95 UAH. I once asked for a glass of plain water, to take a pill, so they put the cup in front of my nose and pointed to the door to the toilet with the words "Out the toilet, pour it over there", although they have a washbasin in the kitchen and they don't have many people sat so that there was not enough time to open the tap. There were 16 of us, 10 in the cottage and 6 in the hotel, in separate rooms. We booked back in October, and it's still all through ***, since those who lived in the rooms moved from room to room every day, they called it "living on toes. " We are a friendly company, for us it was not a big problem, but still we booked several months in advance. They didn’t clean the cottage at all and didn’t come for garbage until they started leaving it on the street. We bought everything for the bathroom ourselves. The TV on the second floor was silent, we turned it on from the back and it worked, they didn’t even turn it on on the first floor, but as it turned out later it didn’t work and they demanded money from us for it. And the very culmination that prompted me to write the first review in my life was the day of eviction.

Then we got overplayed and we had to leave at 12:00 and we were lucky that it happened, otherwise we would have stayed on the street 5 hours before the car. They came to us at 09:30 and said that at 10:00 they were already on the street with things, as new people had come to them and they needed to get out. Apparently they clean in front of the village only and no matter how long you live there. We were shocked, of course, because some of the ski passes are pushing on the mountain, some are going, some are in the shower, some are eating before the road. If we were humanly at least warned a day in advance, so that we would discuss and at least be in place and ready. We started calling, I don’t know who, it wasn’t me who called, but someone from the authorities, maybe the owner, to find out and explain that we are physically unable to leave at this time, not everyone is in the field. So they cursed us with such a three-story obscenity, threatening that they would call the guards, which we would have to pay)) like this) And until we pay, they will not give us our passports. As I said, they wanted to take money from us for the TV, which was not even turned on, and for the hard-closing door, although it was the same upon arrival.
Yes, it’s our mistake that we didn’t poke them with our noses upon arrival, but somehow it didn’t even occur to us that this would happen, because in 2015 everything was fine, even if something didn’t work, they just called someone then from the hotel and everything was quickly corrected and without any problems.

The curiosity of the cottage was a bat that lived in the corridor where the stairs were, she amused us, but we understand that she is a carrier of any infection and that she can confuse other people.
In general, these people marred our vacation. The hotel itself is good and the view is beautiful, but the people who work there (in the kitchen) are repulsive and clearly do not want to go back there.
