We are from Kyiv, we mostly drive our own car and only on weekends. First time visiting this hotel. Our room was good, all amenities. We ordered dinner. Everything is very tasty. A very pleasant hostess. We will definitely stay there again. )

At first we liked everything, friendly hostess, clean rooms, but our room. without tulle, only the curtains were enough for the window, and the door to the balcony was not covered. One bedside table (triple room), there were no night lights at all. One small rug for two beds. Water with pressure drops. We ate in a cafe.

But what struck me the most was that when we were not there, the hostess checked the order in the room every day. Because SHE IS THE MISTRESS, and those who paid us money it doesn't matter. There was a scandal with her. Impressions are the same - all you need is money. There is not even a bench on the street to sit on. You can only dream of a gazebo.

At the request of guests, the estate is fed (breakfast - dinner), which is a very big plus for those who want a cozy rest and a delicious dinner after a day of skiing.
You can use the barbecue in the yard, if desired.
Not all rooms have a separate bathroom, there are rooms where the bathroom is on the floor. Therefore, when booking it is better to specify in advance the accommodation option.
The door closed a little badly. And a slightly weak Wi-Fi signal in the rooms.
But overall cozy, warm, clean, comfortable, pleasant atmosphere, delicious food. Pleased the host and lovers of delicacies - for breakfast in addition to the main course, be sure to serve some dessert.

My husband and I found the Bukovenki guest house on the Karpaty info website. Upon arrival, we were met by the mistress of the house and the maid, showed us the room, gave us a tour of the house. The yard is large, but not yet completed, as the hostess explained to the house for 2 years, while in the process of work. We were offered a complex meal breakfast and dinner for 130 hryvnia, we agreed. But we were told that we could cook ourselves and showed the kitchen. Lunches and breakfasts are delicious and varied. Cons: Unfinished yard, 200 meters to the house is a dirt road. But these are all trifles, compared to the fact that we admired the beauties of Bukovel, breathed fresh, forest air, my husband and I had a great rest, gained strength for the whole year. Thanks to the hostess and staff.

You can forget about meat and Carpathian dishes. You ask to cook, for example, cue ball or meatballs, so this price is called that it’s easier to eat on the mountain. On the last day, we found out that there was a cafe downstairs where the breakfast buffet (all kinds of dishes) and for only 80 UAH per person. In the morning, the manager says that there will be cabbage rolls for dinner, we remained satisfied in the cottage, they bring us spreaded mashed potatoes on the water on a plate and two cabbage rolls in the little finger. On the fourth day, they barely interrogated to leave the kettle in the dining room... There is no Carpathian tea. Out of 5 days, three of us were fed pasta. On the first day, we used their transfer service to the mountain (lift 7), dropped us off on the track, showed us the finger, and we, together with the children in ski boots with skis in our hands, sawed 500 meters. swearing is the worst village of Polyanytsya, their feet were rubbed with dead boots, so the rest of the days, already collaborating with other rentals, it was unpleasant to ride. A bad atmosphere is provided, very economical, and hence greedy. They didn’t give us towels, they asked for soap from the fourth time. Only the cleaning lady Oksana turned out to be hospitable. The manager S. I. stopped saying hello after they started asking her for the menu.
We will definitely not come to Bukovenki again. For such a price, you can find closer to the mountain and with CARPATHIAN HOSPITALITY.
