The beginning of the season in Bukovel.
For the first time we were in Buka during the Christmas season. Now - in the low, at the very beginning. The season this year started unexpectedly early, perhaps some overlays are connected with this, nevertheless...
The Buka website promised the official opening of the season on 02.12 - with the opening of many tracks. I arrived on 04.12 to 10.12 and monitored the condition of the slopes / lifts every day. Perhaps on 02.12, several new tracks opened, but from 04.12 to 09.12, NOTHING opened - and every day the date of opening of new tracks was postponed.
Already on vacation, I was surprised to learn that the official opening of the season is 09.12!!! ! Accordingly, some things simply did not work until that day (for sure - a fair and educational lifts near the seven).
This is just for information. There were still enough trails to ride.
The beech is in place, everything is fine. Not much has changed since the last trip.
Some impressions.
There is a night club (or disco) in BUKA - admission is free. My daughter went, she was very pleased (interior, music, DJ), and she is a young lady spoiled by Odessa clubs.
Once again, I was convinced that Filvarok on a gurney and Gribova Hata, in addition to gurneys, are in charge of nutrition. Prices are almost the same everywhere, but the quality of food and the interior with serving are different.
Food prices are at the level of Kyiv / Odessa, although 2-3 times more expensive than neighboring Lviv / Frankivsk.
In general, I was more than satisfied with the trip. Ride fully in early December !!! ! Yes, the price difference is the beginning of the season / Christmas time....In general, it cost three times cheaper (in dollars).
