2. Nutrition. This is just a mockery, for breakfast pasta topped with grated cheese or 2 fried eggs with salad, lunch a small portion of soup without meat + boiled rice with HALF!! ! sausages.
3. Rudeness!! ! The administration is just a nightmare, rudeness, discontent, delaying the resolution of all issues.
4. Construction. You can not look at the pictures of their construction site, there are bricks everywhere, undressed workers walk around.
Resting at the base is not recommended!

Rested with a family, 4 people, lived in a triple room. We met almost like family. The price matches. I liked the good attitude of the administration. For children there are toys, a playground. For adults, gazebo, barbecue, sauna, table tennis, billiards. Food at the level. The interior is beautiful. Of the minuses, there is no iron and electric kettle in the room, and maybe this is a plus, based on fire safety.

With early booking in October for February! I clarified to the hostess that the main thing for me was that it was warm and that the room was not cramped! I was assured that everything will meet my requirements! But upon check-in, we got a room exactly opposite the front door!! ! as you understand, all the cold from the street when we opened it was in our room, as was the noise from incoming companies. I don't mind - rooms are located differently, but an inconveniently located room, in my understanding, should cost less! and of course it was very cramped, the double bed was squeezed into a niche with narrow aisles! I don’t understand how it is possible if the client stipulates when booking the nuances that are important for him to provide him with an option diametrically opposite to the requirements! Well, another important nuance that created a huge inconvenience! breakfast with 8 is only served! I tell them the lift works from 8-30, you have to walk with the child and put on shoes, so we are already leaving at 8, because we want to ride on a smooth track! but they don't care! so I had to have breakfast with sausage that they brought with me, because for the convenience of customers in this estate they don’t want to get up half an hour earlier!

My friends and I stayed here at the beginning of March 2013. The place is wonderful, everything is thought out in the building: from the equipment dryer to the bathhouse. Everything is done so smartly that there is nothing to complain about - everything to the last hook and scoop in the steam room is in place and at hand.

The furniture is new and comfortable, the bathroom is in the room and, unlike most private gardens, it is quite spacious - at the level of Lviv three stars. The staff - we found the team of Marichka, Oksana and Ruslana - is simply magnificent: sincere, qualified, able to do their difficult work completely unnoticed by the guests. Girls, when next year we go to Bukovel again, we would like to fall into your hands again!
