We rested at the Zakhid Hotel (Bukovel) at the end of 2012. We are glad we chose this cottage. The main requirements when choosing were: close distance to the ski lift, 2 rooms, all amenities in the room. What I didn’t like: bad water (rust), sound insulation, but almost all buildings in the region suffer from this.

We rested at the Zakhid Hotel (Bukovel) at the end of 2012. We are glad we chose this cottage. The main requirements when choosing were: close distance to the ski lift, 2 rooms, all amenities in the room. What I didn’t like: bad water (rust), sound insulation, but almost all buildings in the region suffer from this...
Now in more detail. Check-in to the cottage directly from the road, which is very convenient in bad weather. Any car will go. Car parking right outside the door. Room (2K) is quite large. Four adults have room to turn around in peace. Entrance hall with underfloor heating, where you can dry inventory (as it turned out, it dries faster than in dryers). Large bathroom, also with underfloor heating. The cottage is warm and cozy. Everything is clean and well maintained. We were with a small child (2 years old), he felt great in this room. There is an LCD TV with satellite channels. NO Kettle! There is a small refrigerator. The only negative, as already indicated above, is the water from the tap. She is rusty. You can't really drink. You can wash and wash, but still there is some discomfort. The towels are yellow. We went to wash with friends . Once again, I highly recommend the owners to do something about it. . .
Food. There is no food in Zakhod, but within a radius of 30 meters there are a lot of places where you can eat deliciously: home cooking, a hut, a restaurant in the neighboring RA. There is a new 5-storey hotel across the road. There is also a restaurant there. RA was the coolest. Rabbit, lamb....eh ! We always dined on top, on the 5-ke there is an excellent tavern.
There is also a grocery store nearby that calls itself a supermarket. The choice there is not large, but it is quite possible to buy alcohol and a snack
Now the main thing - to the lift number 1 - 5-7 minutes walk in the equipment. But we often went by car to the parking lot on the 7th. And from there they already rode between 7 and 5.
As for rest with a small child, there are no places for walking there as such. In the complex itself there is a wooden swing. There is nothing interesting for the child around. In the parking lot near the 7-ki there is a children's room on the 5th floor. Near the "Kozachka" there is a small house-garden for children, where they can be left (from 3 years old) and several playgrounds.

Rested in the "West". We liked it. My husband and child are 3.5 years old. Room type 2-room suite. I have no complaints. Kettle, refrigerator, cups in the room. The warm floor in the hallway and bathroom caused great delight. It was very convenient to dry jackets and boots. There were no problems with electricity.

It is impossible to be there because of the smell of the kitchen, but they are preparing to take it away. From 7 to 8 they cook milk porridge, especially if you warn in advance. And we had lunch and dinner in Ra the same 15 steps only in the other direction. They cook deliciously, and the prices as for Bukovel are not high.
