Many thanks to the owner Olena, the waitress Alinka, the cook and all the staff for a good rest. Rooms are clean, spacious, warm. There is everything you need (towel, dishes, water cooler, cot) and more. Breakfasts are delicious, the food is cooked with love. I traveled on my own, without the help of a travel agency. The hotel is 3 out of 10. The restaurant was not working, it was not comfortable. Find out in advance about the number about seasonality. We still need to work with the staff.

The hotel is terrible. The rooms are not cleaned. Batteries do not work. In the storage and drying rooms, your belongings can be changed or stolen. The kitchen is a separate issue. They stupidly forget about orders, they bring food according to the principle who is free and who brought it, that is, the owner, administrator, etc.

We booked a hotel in advance from 08/15/17 to 08/19/17 for a family: 2 adults and 2 children, took a 4-bed attic room. At the time of the settlement, there was a dirty toilet bowl with the remnants of a previous trip to the toilet and a shower cabin with someone else's intimate hair.

We booked a hotel in advance from 08/15/17 to 08/19/17 for a family: 2 adults and 2 children, took a 4-bed attic room. At the time of the settlement, there was a dirty toilet bowl with the remnants of a previous trip to the toilet and a shower cabin with someone else's intimate hair. An hour later, they discovered that the television was not working. The master came, who, trying to set up the tuner, swore obscenities in front of the children, after which he said that he did not know how to fix it and left. But the most interesting thing began at 21.00 - there was no WATER in the room!! ! ALL!! ! There was no way to go to the toilet! (to wash off the water in the barrel!!! ), we could not wash ourselves and wash the children - this is a unique case. At 23.00 hours the water appeared, but not for long. When we woke up in the morning, there was NO WATER again!!! . Nowhere and never was such that in the room it was impossible to wash and go to the toilet. In response, they heard: that WATER must be used in those moments when others do not need it!! ! because up to the fourth (and in fact the fifth floor) falls short because of the pressure.
As a result, after that night we spent half a day searching for a normal hotel!!! ! IMPRESSIONS remained the most NEGATIVE
