Starting from the receptionist and ending with the waiters, everyone spoiled our vacation every day, some extorted money for uneaten breakfasts (although they themselves messed up with the number of breakfasts), others constantly forgot to bring an already meager breakfast at the cost of a good steak. The staff entered the rooms without knocking or warning, for requests to open the door where our skis and boards were stored, we received such a grimace on the face of the girl at the reception that we never wanted to approach her again.
