We got acquainted with the Vykrutaswas (already in fact "Stara Pravda") in 2014, or rather with the kitchen. Were delighted with the staff and food. Every year we go skiing and the question of where we will eat was not even raised.
But this year they were unpleasantly surprised, the kitchen is simply not recognizable in a bad way.
1st. There were no cue balls on the menu, oh well)) the waitress offered to get out of the situation and served the cue ball as a "dish from the chef. " Ok thanks nice))) But (! ) - it should be edible! I cut it off twice and silently put it aside (I thought, well, it didn’t work out, anything can happen).

2nd. I ordered under 100 grams)))) ground lard with garlic (pomazuha). As a result, they brought greasy cutting. Called the waiter again explained. They brought four slices of bread anointed with lard. Well, okay, it seems OK)))) But again, BUT !!! ))) they wrote it down as a greasy cut. That is, a dish that I refused because the waiter brought not what was ordered.
3rd. First we ordered black bread for our dishes. They entered it on the bill, but in fact they didn’t bring it.
As a result, everyone called the waiter, showed and asked why so ?? ? The waiter apologized and asked to wait. After 5 min. they brought the correct bill of what we ordered and what they brought to us))))) Calmly but with a good mood, they paid off and left.
I will not say that the whole kitchen is bad, but it has deteriorated very much.
I was surprised that the administrator just stood aside and hid behind the waiter. Weird!
