The hotel itself is pretty good, made in the Ukrainian style - everything is wooden (it looks harmonious).
I want to note the kolyba - the best place in Bukovel where we ate.
In general, I advise everyone, inexpensive and good service.
Infrastructure. Located in the village of Polyanytsya. There is a free shuttle to the ski lift. It takes about 10 minutes to drive. The driver is accurate in time. Well done.
There is a convenience store on site.
Kolyba. Tasty. The waitress Maria is smart. The kitchen is fast. True modest menu to choose from.
Sauna with pool and vats. They were there and everything was fine. Provide towels, sheets
and that's it.
Cons: 1. Water. Tap water smells like hydrogen sulfide. Teeth were cleaned with bottled water. 2. There are no kettles in the rooms. To drink coffee or tea you need to go to the hut. 3. Laundry service. If you give multi-colored linen, then they don’t guess to run it for two washings. The white t-shirt turned pink.
4. Booking by phone. Guarantee letters about settling in the booked room are not given. There are no booking invoices. There is no guarantee of settling in the desired room. As it was with us. We booked a deluxe suite, and settled the four of us in a two-bed suite!
5. The extra bed was unsuitable for sleeping. Folding sofa. The sleeping place is divided into three parts and each part is one higher than the other.
6. Clean bathroom. The rest is in fair condition.
