When you arrive at the hotel, you get into the self-service zone. If you expect someone to help you lift your things or offer you water in the room, then no. But that's not the worst: the most outrageous thing is that the hotel divides guests into levels according to an incomprehensible criterion.
If you are expecting robots at breakfast or a great selection of dishes, then I will greatly disappoint you. We had breakfast in building A and I have never seen such scum in Bukovel. Originality in the menu is 0, breakfasts are monotonous and the same every day. Among the proposed menu, apart from sausages, you will not see any more meat and this is one of the most expensive hotels. The grapes looked as if they had put everything that fell from the bunch on a plate, there is no choice of salads at all, the most expensive hotel offered only one type of juice. The staff is dressed in a way that is not clear whether it is a waiter or a visitor.
The SPA is not bad, but the pool is very shallow and not designed for all visitors, so be prepared that when you get there, you will have to walk in a circle until you find a place.
The cleanliness of the rooms is average, there were 4 of us in the room and we had to move the table, the floor was dirty and there were food leftovers from previous guests. The sofa in the room was very dirty and there were very few dishes. If you are traveling with a small child, you need to take dishes with you.
Overall, the impressions are not very pleasant and I don't want to go back there. The only thing that improved the situation a little is the landscape from the windows, it is really very beautiful.
