The only thing that we were warned is that there is no 3-time transfer to the ski lift already, but they will carry 1 time at 09.00 in the morning and once in the evening at 17.30, because. few people come. The first transfer in the morning was problematic, as a group of tourists from Belarus arrived and all the attention went to them, incl. and the requested transfer. I am not against the development of tourism, but rather even FOR. I am glad that Belarusians have already ceased to be afraid to go to Ukraine, but why should I be infringed on my rights as such a hotel guest. In the morning, a bus driver drove up and immediately told those waiting for the transfer that only Belarusians were being transported, and another bus would come for the rest. The administrator Svyatoslav tried to smooth the situation, but we lost more than half an hour waiting, and we had already paid for the ski passes earlier.

The next morning, everything was repeated: the bus arrived for the guests from Belarus at 8.30 and at 09.00, as they were promised, and we were promised so....they were already taken to ride, and we all expected another mythical bus, which accidentally lingered in the fabulous traffic jam (later it did not appear). I had to remind about myself and the promised transfer several times, and you are already dressed and, most importantly, shod in ski boots that are comfortable for walking, you climb the slippery stairs to the administrator Svyatoslav, who is smiling and hoping for a miracle. And a miracle happened, it turned out to put us up to a taxi driver who had stopped by for other guests. Again, time was lost on the ride, for which you paid in advance. It seems that 15-20-30 minutes of waiting is nonsense, but the overall impression of this hotel deteriorates for the worse.

we lived on the 5th floor, it was cool in the room, but then they told us that we had to regulate the temperature ourselves, but we didn’t realize, although it was possible to warn about this in advance, if this is true. The room is clean, everything is new. They clean up well. Breakfast in the morning is modest, but everything was delicious.
There is a menu, you can make an order, but not always everything is there: either it’s already over, or it’s not ready yet.
I don't want to go back there for the second time.
