The hotel itself is very strange. The room is small and badly soundproofed.
There is no hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator in the room. More precisely, there is NOTHING. Beds were changed once in 6 days. And that's because we asked. No view from the window, garbage and a neighboring hotel.
There was an unfortunate situation in the rental of skis. We called the owner of the hotel (since the rental is from the hotel), he just got rude, shouted. Hung up, threw money. Didn't listen to anything. Then he just didn't pick up the phone.
If you have already decided to live in the Charda hotel, then definitely do not take skis there. They are old, of poor quality and no one will help you pick them up there. Take a better one across the road for 20 hryvnias more expensive but really normal skis.
About the good: a normal bartender in the restaurant and as a person and coffee is delicious. The lady at the reception was nice, no problems.
