The worst situation happened with ordering food from their restaurant. It took an HOUR AND A HALF to deliver from the restaurant, a minute away from the restaurant.
I called 4 times while waiting but got the same answer - it will be ready in a few minutes.
The girl told me that it was all because of the steak! I said okay, could you bring everything we ordered before the steak is done?
I asked this question several times, but she had nothing to answer.
When the order finally came, 2 girls brought it. They couldn't offer any excuse or reason other than that the steak takes time. But where do you wait for 1.5 hours of food in a restaurant?
Moreover, the steak was 700g. Why? Why is one serving for 1 person almost 1 kg? Why didn't she warn me? I asked about the approximate final price immediately after I made the order (by phone). She said it would depend on the weight of the steak. Okay, I thought, a steak is usually 350g - check at any restaurant. But we got 700 g of steak, which cost 1300 UAH = 50 dollars. HOW?!
Of course, we paid, but there was no limit to disappointment.
The hotel is far from the European level.
The last one was the location. We visited in the summer. It took us about 20-25 minutes to get to the center of Bukovel which is not exactly 1 km as stated.
