A few words about Bukovel at the end of March - the sea of ​ ​ snow. Roll not roll! And all this without queues for the lift.
Booked directly through their website - convenient. Arrived, settled quickly and without problems - no complaints.
We stopped at Chalet Superior - we were going to go with friends, but in the end everyone refused and rested on their own. The room is not cheap at all, but captivates with the presence of a sauna, a kitchen, a garage, a mini-pool with ice water and a fireplace, in which we successfully roasted the lamb we brought with us.

The room was clean, cleaned every day, in general, according to the service in the room, everything was as expected. The room itself is strange, everything is rich, but it was built as cheaply as possible. I note the lack of overflow in the sink in the kitchen. More precisely, there is an overflow hole, but there are no communications behind it. That is, after filling the sink, the water flowed straight into the cabinet under the sink! I was also surprised by the electric heated towel rail in the bathroom - it is there, but there is no socket for it. One of the bathrooms smelled bad. No matter how hard the cleaners tried to get rid of the smell, they only managed to add the smell of bleach to it : -).
I was disappointed with the attitude after the check-out - I handed over the cards, and after 10 minutes they called and said that they could not find half the dishes in the room. By the time I got to the reception, everything was found except for one plate (which we honestly smashed) and a fork - the location of which is unknown, but where will it go "from the submarine"? In general, they demanded that I pay for a plate with a fork, and they also refused to withdraw this money from the deposit, which they had mine. This is all despite the fact that we rested in one of the most expensive rooms of the hotel and this is far from our first visit to this hotel.
In general, a normal average hotel with nuances, I will go again. Unless I will overpay more and stay next time in a standard room.
