In general, it was good.
I went with my husband already at the end of the season in mid-March. There was not much snow, but still there was, snow guns were involved, so all the tracks worked. The base was completely filled.
I booked a superior junior suite in January using the on-line booking system in the complex itself. Also paid in January. There were no problems with the settlement and settled in the room of the category that was booked. The number is exactly as shown in the pictures. Big enough, comfortable and warm. What I especially liked was the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Of the shortcomings, this is something that is very common in hotels - poor soundproofing. Entrance doors with a gap at the bottom, any sound in the common corridor is very well heard in your room. Hot water is always (there is a boiler). The room has a small fridge and kettle.

We took the "FB" system (breakfast, lunch and dinner), which is breakfast (included in the room price) and a daily amount of 115 UAH. per person for lunch and dinner (on the card). In practice, these 115 UAH. only one time is enough for a good lunch or dinner, because the list of establishments contains only those that are included in the Kozyrnaya Karta system, and such establishments are very expensive. So it turned out that we had a good breakfast, a full lunch, but we had dinner at our own expense. In general, the system is underdeveloped.
There are many rental offices where you can take equipment and buy ski passes. There was one at the end of our street. My husband bought ski passes and took equipment at a morning discount (-30%), but because My husband and I are beginner skiers, so we chose the slides of the appropriate category. Taking into account the fact that our houses were located far from the blue slopes, it was convenient to drive up to the track by car, and then put on the skis and go.
We liked it and plan to go there in March 2012 already.
