Minus: - the bed is insanely squeaky, impossible to turn around.
- no bedspreads.
With breakfast we were deceived. When booking, I clarified several times about the availability of breakfasts, and upon arrival we were told that supposedly they were now canceled.
When we arrived at the hotel, the disappointment began. The hotel employee stated that she did not know about any booking, and in general there were no available rooms. After a little trial and presentation of the reservation, she said that she did not have two rooms, but she could find one, although the whole hotel had just been occupied.
I suppose that the hotel staff decided not to pay attention to some kind of booking there, and settled in the niches of the rooms before us arrived guests.
A new room already cost 300 UAH instead of 220, and it was proposed to live together, although two rooms were specially booked - for a reason. The room was shown rather strange, with a second tier in the same room, as if with a balcony. Downstairs in the room there is a bed, and under the ceiling on the balcony there is a sofa. . .
I also really liked a certain attempt to "divorce" - the hotel employee said that you can not even try to look for another hotel, supposedly she called everyone and there are no rooms anywhere! so they say settle in what they offer.
Fortunately, we allowed ourselves not to believe the lady, called from a mobile phone to the nearby Magnum Hotel, where they calmly agreed to accommodate us. By the way, an excellent very new hotel, they have economy rooms for 280 UAH, standards for 350 are beautiful and spacious.
Well, we said goodbye to Golden Pava, and we will never try to stay with them again.
but it is at the time of retro parties to spend to the appropriate music from the variety show (the scene is also suitable for that), but instead, unfortunately, plays from the computer on the same stage chanson half live, half recorded, but still it is not spoiled the general mood from the alleged transfer to the heyday of the casino (as before the building).
I don’t know about anyone, but we got a very good and polite staff. That the desk clerk. that the waiters in the restaurant. Thanks to them all.
I will be in Beregovo someday. again only in "Pavu".
In addition, the elevator on the second day of the hotel broke down, which was not repaired before our departure. I had to climb quite steep stairs. However, the administrator responded to all our requests: he reserved a table in the restaurant, announced by phone when the vacancy was vacated, and called when the Internet was being repaired. We did not like the bar in the hotel, nothing special to stand out, only one table for Russian billiards, constantly smoked and most of the students.
Satisfied with the rest, there are many positive predictions. I recommend to visit.
Bottom line: You feel like an unexpected and unwanted guest in this Magyar city. Hotel 8/10. Food, service in the city 1/10.
