I was delighted with my two children and decided that 3 days would be enough to relax in Beregovo, bought tickets, called Kamila back, in response I heard that I and the children could settle in a room on the morning of May 8th. A week later, Camila called me and said that the woman who booked rooms from May 1 to May 7 will leave the room on May 8 in the evening and that we will not be able to enter the room in the morning for this reason, as was promised earlier by Camila. We agreed and decided to go to Uzhgorod for the whole day on May 8, and in the evening to arrive at the Centrum Hotel in Berehove. Camila's partner promised to have the room ready by 7 p. m. and again actively invited them to come to Berehove and stay at their hotel. Yesterday, April 29, Camila calls me and informs me that all rooms will be occupied until the morning of May 9, that the hostess ordered me and the children to be thrown out of the booked room, as the clients changed their minds about leaving on May 8 in the evening, that these clients have already paid money. This did not suit me in any way, I planned the trip, promised the children a vacation, bought tickets. And what happens, all the hotels are already occupied, there are no free rooms in Berehove, time has passed, I have to lose 25 hryvnias for returning tickets. for each ticket, the worst thing is that through no fault of my own I deceived the children. I don’t understand why there is such a bestial attitude towards people at the Centrum Hotel, the hostess does not know how many days rooms are booked, she recruits guests, books rooms, invites them to come, and then just sends people to hell.
