- The rooms are cleaned for getting rid of, - dust under the beds, behind the bedside table found the remains of ice cream with a stick and a piece of paper, they vacuumed it once in 3 weeks, and then at my request to remove the fragments of a broken glass. Towels are changed only after a request / reminder and with such a face, as if they wash them with their hands...
-The checkpoint at the top began to fully justify its name. Previously, children could not leave the territory of the sanatorium, they were simply not allowed out! And now, not only can the guys easily walk to the store located outside the "health resort", now for the money all the locals go to their own sanatorium beach, which in August became just a city beach in the truest sense of the word! The concept of "safety" in the sanatorium is missing!
- Previously, they were not allowed into Ponizovka without certificates. The children had to be checked on all counts, so that there were no contacts, pediculosis, scabies, etc. , and now what? I brought healthy children, got back (grandmother stayed with them after my departure) with lice!!
-Meals have been changed to a buffet. In July there was nothing, in some places it was delicious, by August it became impossible to eat this cooking! Fruits were given only to those who were in the dining room at the opening, everyone else "didn't have enough". By the way, the beetroot into vinaigrette was cut simply into 6 parts . .
-Before leaving, I called, made inquiries about the condition of the tennis court, whether it can be used for its intended purpose. They assured us that the court was in working condition, you can play. In fact, it turned out to be something with a nailed metal rail protruding 1.5-2 cm up as a marking...
-Loud music and drunken partying at night in the beach area is the norm for the sanatorium from this year ((
- The lifeguards on the beach are divided into responsible ones, who keep watching the swimmers (Denis and Bogdan - a separate thank you to them) and “passing by” - I have never seen the so-called “lifeguard” with headphones (music can be heard through them) sitting staring into telephone. . .
- In fairness, the nurses are good, - they willingly painted "flowers" with greenery on the beaten daughter's knees....
- The bosses smile sweetly and DO NOTHING, except for cutting money in their pocket!
